L3 acquired the last remaining land parcel on Newbury Street in July 2019 and redeveloped a former parking lot into a new 5-story, mixed-use building. 149 Newbury Street contains one floor of retail space and four floors of Class-A quality office space. The project was completed in 2023 and is LEED Gold certified. The building includes a private office entrance off of Dartmouth Street, luxurious interior finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, indoor and outdoor bike parking, and a large outdoor public space along Newbury Street. Tenants include Alo, Google, and Zelis.
