1020 W Randolph St

1020 W Randolph was historically operated as a drive-through bank. L3 redeveloped the site into a new, 5-story mixed-used retail and office building that includes a full basement and 6th floor penthouse with an expansive outdoor terrace. The office portion of the building includes a private lobby, indoor bike storage room, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and unobstructed views of the Chicago skyline. The building contains a modern concrete structure and intricate masonry facade with steel accents and new glass windows. The redevelopment was completed in 2023 and is the only new development in Chicago to be built by an entire female-led professional team. The tenants include Brilliant Earth and Live Nation.
