1043 N Rush Street had been occupied for nearly 30 years by Carmine's, a famous Chicago Italian restaurant, when L3 acquired the building in 2022. L3 performed a ground-up redevelopment of the site to deliver a new two-story building with ground floor flagship retail space and a second floor restaurant space, including an expansive rooftop terrace. The project was completed in 2023. Tenants include On Running and Carmine's.
