111 – 115 N 6th St

111-115 N 6th St was acquired as three adjacent buildings that were partially occupied. L3 strategically vacated the building while simultaneously planning a redevelopment of the entire site. L3 executed a new two-story, build-to-suit, retail flagship for Hermes, a global luxury brand. The Hermes flagship will represent the first luxury retail fashion house to land in Williamsburg. The project will be completed in 2026.
