120 N 6th St

120 N 6th was acquired as a vacant, two-story industrial building. In 2016, L3 performed a complex adaptive reuse to convert the building into a retail flagship. The renovation included creating a retail storefront system utilizing steel and glass, constructing a occupiable rooftop terrace, and installing all new building systems and vertical transportation. The entire building is occupied by Le Labo as a retail space and corporate headquarters.
