132 Bedford Ave was previously a vacant, two-story industrial building. L3 completed a creative adaptive reuse of the building that included performing structural modifications to eliminate mezzanine space and create open retail space, new storefront system and windows, and all new building systems and roof. The project was completed in 2023. L3 successfully sold the asset to an owner/operator.
