216 Bowery

216 Bowery is located along the edgy Bowery corridor in Lower Manhattan. L3 acquired the vacant 3-story building in 2016 and began an extensive adaptive reuse process to convert the building to a modern, mixed-use retail and office building.  The scope included adding two additional floors to the building, installing a new glass façade, creating a new office lobby, adding an outdoor rooftop terrace, installing all new building systems and vertical transportation, furnishing luxurious office finishes, and creating modern retail space.  The project was completed in 2020.
