3345 N Lincoln Ave

3345 N Lincoln was previously a vacant single-tenant two-story pseudo-industrial building. L3 completed an adaptive reuse to convert the building to a multi-tenant mixed-use space. The renovation included new storefront systems, structural improvements, creation of a dedicated office lobby, and all new building systems, roof, and vertical transportation. L3 identified first-to-market beer shoppe Bitter Pops for a portion of the ground floor space. Tech tenant, Reverb, leased the entire second floor office space and eventually expanded into the remainder of the first floor.
