L3's office tenant, Reverb, was interested in expanding their corporate headquarters from L3's adjacent building at 3345 N Lincoln. L3 redeveloped the site into a two-story building that allowed Reverb to double the size of its corporate headquarters and remain in the West Lakeview neighborhood at that time.
