L3 Capital’s first San Francisco investment is 340 Fell St in Hayes Valley. L3 acquired the property in 2022 in conjunction with executing a lease with Rivian. Rivian completed an extensive gut renovation to convert the former auto service station into a modern retail flagship and service center. This is Rivian's first retail store in San Francisco.
