3443 N Southport Ave is a single-story retail building. L3 performed an adaptive re-use to convert the building from a restaurant to a modern retail store. The renovation included a brand new façade, all new building systems and roof, and masonry improvements. L3 leased the entire building to Amazon for it's first Chicagoland Amazon Books store.
