At the time of acquisition, 60 N 6th St was a vacant two-story industrial building. L3 performed a complex adaptive reuse to convert the building to retail use. The redevelopment included construction of a modern storefront, new masonry façade, creation of a dedicated entrance for the second floor, structural upgrades, and all new building systems and vertical transportation. L3 completed the project in 2019 and signed leases with Brilliant Earth and Brooklinen.
