717 H St NW is located at the corner of 8th and H St NW in Chinatown – D.C.’s cultural and business hub. Originally a 3-story restaurant, L3 designed and permitted a complex historic redevelopment to deliver ground floor retail space and boutique office above. The renovation scope included an extension of the 2nd and 3rd floors, creation of a dedicated office lobby, complete facade restoration, installation of a modern elevator, all new MEP and fire/life safety systems, and the addition of a 3rd floor terrace. L3 successfully sold the building to an owner/operator prior to executing the redevelopment.
