In 2019, L3 completed a complex gut-renovation of the ground floor retail space that included a new modern storefront system, new systems, and repairs and restoration of the building's steel canopy, in addition to legalizing the residential units. L3 leased the retail space to Santander Bank for its Work Cafe concept.
