At the time of acquisition, 92 N 6th St was a two-story retail building that was 100% leased to Aland on a short-term basis. Upon Aland vacating, L3 re-leased the building on a temporary basis to H&M for its Brooklyn concept store. The success of that temp store allowed H&M to sign a long term lease for its COS brand.
