932 W Randolph is a 3-story building that was previously occupied by MB Bank as a bank branch and corporate office. L3 performed a complex adaptive reuse to convert the property into a multi-tenant retail building. The renovation included re-using the structure, but extending it to the property line, relocating the vertical transportation and building core elements, installing all new systems and roof, a new intricate masonry facade, all new glass storefronts, and expansion of the building's previous rooftop terrace. The building is fully leased to lululemon, and three first-to-market tenants including Mejuri, Brooklinen, and Puttery. 932 W Randolph was completed in 2022 and received a Preservation Award from Chicago Landmarks.
