184-192 Bedford was previously four under-utilized and vacant adjacent buildings that were demolished in 2022. L3 completed a redevelopment of the site into a new 24,000 square foot two-story building that can accommodate either a single-tenant retail flagship, or multi-tenant mixed-use tenancy. The new building includes modern retail space with high ceilings, new storefronts, and lower level storage while the 2nd floor offers a private lobby entrance, rear patio, and private 3rd floor penthouse and rooftop deck. The project was completed in 2025.
